Liberty Roleplay takes pride in the unique, close-knit environment we bring forth as a community. In order to maintain an environment like this, all members must uphold a set of core values for themselves and unto others. Upholding values such as honesty, integrity, compassion, professionalism, accountability, fairness, discipline, fidelity, realism, and respect is fundamental to a good roleplay experience and community environment for yourself and for others. Thus, members of the community are expected to abide by and uphold these values to the fullest of their abilities with dignity, honor, and pride.
Discipline Policy & Rank Responsibilities
The Staff and Administration of Liberty Roleplay reserve the right to issue disciplinary action to members and enforce these rules, department guidelines, training material, etc. Staff members are expected to remain neutral and prioritize the security of the community when necessary.
Director
The Director has the power to make any and all decisions in the entire community. His or her decisions may not be overridden by anyone and may not be appealed
Deputy Director
The Deputy Director is selected by the Director(s). This selected official has the power to make most official decisions for the entire community. His or her decisions may not be overridden by anyone except the Director(s), and the Director(s) may give them full and complete power in their absence. His or her decisions may be appealed through the Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors have the power to indict the Deputy Director, as pursuant to the responsibilities of the board, therefore effecting his or her removal.
Community Coordinator
The Community Coordinator is an appointed Head Administrator selected by the directors. The primary responsibility of the Community Coordinator is to serve as a direct link between the departments and head administration. The Community Coordinator has the same powers as the Deputy Director. The Board of Directors have the power to indict the Community Coordinator, as with the Deputy Director.
Department Heads
Department Heads have the power to enforce all community rules to the best of their ability, though are usually limited to their own department, unless it is an emergency. This may be done with or without approval from Head Administration unless otherwise stated herein, as well as having the following powers. A department head may also delegate his or her responsibilities and powers to a single Department Administration member in their absence. Department Heads with the Senior Administration role may supersede the decisions of Department Administration in community affairs.
Full and complete control over their department within reason and with permission from Head Administration for major changes when required;
Issue kicks and temporary bans;
Terminate personnel from their department;
Issue suspensions and probations;
Call department meetings;
Host daily patrols;
Announce the weekly check.
Department Administration
has the power to enforce all community rules to the best of their ability, but are limited to members of their own department, full-time or reserve, except 10-90’s, which may be issued regardless. They also have the power to:
Make certain decisions for their department;
Make most decisions for their divisional assignment (if applicable);
Issue kicks and temporary bans;
Terminate probationary personnel from their department;
Issue suspensions and probations to members Support Role and below;
Call divisional meetings (if applicable);
Host daily patrols.
Department Senior Staff
has the power to enforce all community rules to the best of their ability, but are limited to members of their own department, full-time or reserve, except 10-90’s, which may be issued regardless. Only Senior Staff and higher may have access to department rosters, Any exceptions to this rule must be approved by HA. They also have the power to:
Make executive decisions for their division assignment (if applicable);
Issue kicks and temporary bans;
Terminate probationary personnel from their department; and full-time personnel with approval from Department Administration;
Issue suspensions and probations to Members and below;
